NOTICE- REQUEST FOR BIDS
The City of Pilot Grove, MO
Project Title: Storage Building- 215 Main Street
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Pilot Grove, MO for the construction of a 35’ x 50’ Red Iron Building on an existing concrete pad . No plumbing or electric needed. Bidders may call 660-834-3551 or visit City Hall at 213 College Street, Pilot Grove MO 65276 for details regarding design specifications. Bids may be mailed to or dropped off at City Hall, 213 College St. Pilot Grove, MO 65276 Bids must be received by 3:00 PM September 5, 2025. Please write “Bid 215 Main” on bid submittal. Bids will be opened September 8, 2025 at the regular city council meeting. Bidders must show proof of liability insurance at contract signing. The City reserves the right to waive informalities, reject bids or withdraw the RFB if it’s in the City’s best interest.
